Itunes not reading my nano! It says it is corrupt and i cant restore it.?
My Itunes cant seem to read my Nano. It keeps saying the ipod is corrupt but i cant restore it either. Also, i cant turn off the ipod for some reason. Please help!

mine did something similar. i wasnt able to restore it so i toke it to the apple store and told them it needs to be restored. they will ask you do you have windows or a mac and you tell them which one and then they will restore it and set it and then they will tell you to make sure you have the latest version of itunes downloaded.
